Falcon Flyers

• Students are responsible for completing all assigned coursework associated with the program.
• Students must take all required high school midterm and final exams for each enrolled high school course.
• All high school course regulations and guidelines must be followed.
• Grades earned in high school courses taken during middle school will be included in the student’s official high school GPA, including the weighted GPA used for class rank.
• Students experiencing academic difficulty must initiate a conference with the Flanagan Guidance Department.
• Courses may be dropped within the first 21 days of enrollment; after this period, students are committed to completing the course and accepting the final grade earned.

• Students must earn a minimum score of 3 on both the Reading and Math FSA assessments to be eligible.
• Students must maintain A’s and B’s in all classes at Walter C. Young Middle School and Flanagan High School.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 must be maintained while participating in the program.
• Students must have successfully passed all 6th and 7th grade courses to qualify for participation.

Transportation as provided/defined by BCPS. 

You will be invited to participate in the program during the 4th quarter of your 7th grade year.
